Remote Worker Details

* Remote workers are temporary workers that are not required to be physically present at a designated work location.
* Remote workers will be hired for the period of a specific project or temporary work need.
* Remote worker contract will not exceed a contract period of more than 02 years, other than in exceptional circumstances.
* The contracts for remote workers will come to a natural termination at the completion of the specified project.

 

Semi-Skilled Remote Workers

*Semi-Skilled Remote Workers are those with general administrative or secretarial work skills for areas:

Professional Remote Workers

*Professional Remote Workers are those with professional qualification and technical skills sets of a highly specialized nature for areas:

Remuneration

*All remuneration figures mentioned above are monthly figures and will be paid based on the remote worker achieving the monthly deliverables and can vary based on deliverables.

Details (Day Workers)

*Day Workers are individuals hired on a daily work basis for temporary work needs of the Company.
*Day Workers shall be engaged to carry out specific tasks in certain location for brief periods of time. 

*Day Workers are required to be physically present at a designated work location

*Individuals will only be paid for the hours they work and shall have no service conditions nor continuity of engagement

*Day Workers are engaged to assist with specific projects and the assignment will be terminated upon its completion

Trade Worker Details

* Trade workers are individuals with specific trade skills hired by the Company for temporary needs of the Company 
* Trade Workers shall be engaged to carry out specific tasks in certain location for brief periods of time
* Trade Workers are required to be physically present at a designated work locations
* Individuals will only be paid for specific trade tasks or projects that they work on and they shall have no service conditions nor continuity of engagement

Remuneration

Category A: These individuals hired as trade workers are required to have necessary qualifications, licenses or permits for their specific trade.

Category B: These individuals hired as trade workers are not required have specific qualifications, licenses or permits.

Part-time Worker Details

* Part-time workers are an individuals who is required under their contract of service with the Company to work reduced hours;

a) 20 hours a week; or (04 hours per day, 05 day week)
b) 25 hours a week; or (05 hours per day 05 day week)
c) 30 hours a week; or (06 hours per day, 05 day week)

* Part-time workers shall only be hired for the period of a specific project or temporary work need.
* Part-time Workers are required to be physically present and sign IN at a designated work locations
* Part-time workers' contract shall not exceed a contract period of more than 02 years.
